General Admin

You will responsible for all general office duties, including a wide range of administrative support, communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.  Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous, you will also ideally have a good understanding of Microsoft packages, including word, excel and outlook.  The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with possessing the ability to work well under pressure.  Tasks will include but are not limited to:  

  • Downloading Dartford crossing transactions for SNAP Account and Dartsave.
  • Running weekly registration number list comparisons, dealing with omissions on Dart Charge and keeping records of results for SNAP and Dartsave.
  • Contacting SNAP customers regarding vehicle details, adding and removing vehicles.
  • Ensuring SNAP vehicle batches have been actioned by Dart Charge.
  • Answering all Dartsave customer queries including adding and removing vehicles from accounts.
  • Sending out monthly Dartsave emails to customers regarding vehicle amendments.

 

This would be a full time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Credit Control for SNAP and Dartsave

We are looking for an experienced credit controller who has extensive knowledge and experience of sage 50 accounts and is proficient in credit control systems and procedures.
You will be responsible for all aspects of credit control which will include but are not limited to: Receive and process chq, card, BACS (sterling and euro) payments ensuring accurate allocation of monies, produce statements as and when required, chasing outstanding debt and investigating, resolving queries, copy invoice request, updating customer invoice due sheet, taking payments and placing customers on stop.

Sites Liaison

Reports to: Sites Liaison Manager

Your day to day operations will be ensuring that our relations with our UK sites remains strong and that the SNAP brand always looks on point. You will develop strong relationships with our 130 site owners and be a point of contact with them should they need anything. You will need to be hardworking, honest and outgoing.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Visits to our sites on approximately every 3 months (minimum 1 night away per week)
  • Work with the admin team to process any incoming complaints from sites and drivers
  • Monitor site sales for areas of development
  • Be available to help with on call phone service
  • Attend our truck fests to promote our brand

You will work closely with our Sites Liaison Manager to continue to develop all these sites and have regular catch ups to make sure we are going in the same direction.
